At Sri Devi Sarees, we take great care in packaging and shipping your sarees safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is confirmed.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India and to international destinations worldwide.
⚠️ Please Note: We do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid via our available online payment options.
3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier partner availability, and unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
— Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination country.
— International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
— Sri Devi Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Shipping Partners
We work with reputed courier partners including India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other logistics providers, depending on your delivery location.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the respective courier’s website. For assistance, contact us at sridevisarees.web@gmail.com.
7. Packaging
All sarees are carefully folded and packed to prevent damage during transit. Delicate fabrics are wrapped in protective covers before dispatch.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
— Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.
— Sri Devi Sarees is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
— In case of a failed delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sridevisarees.web@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
