At Sri Devi Sarees, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take every measure to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
📌 Important: Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the conditions listed below. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing, as colour variations due to screen settings or lighting are not grounds for return.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request will be considered only if:
— You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
— The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery.
— The product is significantly different from the description on the website.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
— Products that have been used, washed, ironed, or altered.
— Products returned without original tags, packaging, or in an unsaleable condition.
— Colour variation due to monitor/screen settings or lighting.
— Products where the customer has a change of mind.
— Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
3. How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
— Email us at sridevisarees.web@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
— Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product showing the defect or discrepancy.
— Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
— If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Do not ship the product back before receiving written approval from us.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and no refund/exchange will be issued.
4. Return Shipping
— For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product): Sri Devi Sarees will bear the return shipping cost.
— For any other approved return: Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
— We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund decision within 3–5 business days.
— Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
— Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
— For international orders, refunds will be issued in INR at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction. International transfer fees or bank charges are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items dispatched. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the required product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
7. Order Cancellation
— Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
— To cancel, email us immediately at sridevisarees.web@gmail.com with your Order ID.
— Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery (subject to eligibility above).
— Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
